Ages 7-11

Students age seven through eleven are exposed to the many aspects of Karatedo, including tournament sparring and self-defense.

Through karate training, the students receive the benefit of exercise as well as developing self-confidence, self-discipline and respect for self and others. The self-awareness and self-appreciation leads to greater self esteem, ultimately helping the student achieve greater success in school, at home and in their relationships with others.
